Donations

All donations made to Tender Loving Cats Cares are voluntary and non refundable. Once a donation has been submitted, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred, as funds are immediately allocated to support our mission and ongoing operations.

Please note that donations are not currently tax deductible.

Services

Payments made for veterinary services may be eligible for a refund only in limited circumstances, such as appointment cancellations made in advance or billing errors. Refund eligibility is determined on a case by case basis.
